Another $50 Gift Card Giveaway!!

BlogHer is doing a review program for Olay's new product New Olay Smooth Finish Facial Hair Removal Duo and asked if I was interested in trying it out and doing a giveaway.

I love Olay products so much I think I completed the form in about 2 seconds. I've always had fine hair on my face and really don't like it. I've even gone to the point of using Jim's electric razor on it a couple of times! I have a friend who has the smoothest skin, and I've always thought to myself that if I could try something that isn't too expensive to have smoother skin like hers, I'd love to.

Well, since I received the product from BlogHer for free, I was all about giving it a try. I received the New Olay Smooth Finish Facial Hair Removal Duo yesterday and was anxious to see if it would work. I have sensitive skin so I wanted to see if would be safe for my skin or cause me to break out in a rash.

So, today I took the chance of my face turning into a big red mess and tried the product. I am not sure what the retail price is for the New Olay Smooth Finish Facial Hair Removal Duo, but I think it'll be worth saving for, even if it's a little pricey for me.

I love how young and feminine my smooth face looks and feels. I don't feel my age, and I felt like the hair on my face, although light and fine, was noticeable enough to make me look older. I really couldn't believe it took the hair right off!! I was actually excited to write this post to tell you all about it.

I hope I don't ever have to use my husband's electric razor again. This took 8 minutes, and that's it! The fewer things I can do to simplify my morning beauty routine, the better! It was gentle on my skin; I felt a little bit of a tingle but not bad at all, and it worked! I'm a fan.

So, if you want to be entered to win a $50 gift card, courtesy of BlogHer and Olay, here's the scoop!

To be entered for a chance to win, leave me a comment telling me how your beauty routine expresses your inner beauty.

I'm also a red head and have that same light fuzz on my face. Drives me crazy!

Adrienne said...

Seriously, I love it. I didn't realize just how bad the little fuzziness was until it was all gone! My make-up went on so much better and looked SO much better. I'm glad I tried this. I think it says you can use it as frequently as every 72 hours, but mine took a good week to grow back! It was still blonde when it grew back too. ;)

I tried this last November,'011 in hopes of removing menapause from my face and am very pleased with how it treated my skin. I've used Oil of Olay for years, but removing hair from your face is trickier and scary. My skin was not irritated at all, just a little tingly as it worked, but no redness afterwards-yay!
It is now January and I just noticed yesterday under the harsh work lights, that it's time, so another benefit of removing facial hair this way is the length of time it lasts. I love Oil of Olay!

My inner beauty is expressed by making sure that I wash my face before I go to bed every night...after years of falling into bed with make-up on, I've now realized how much better my skin looks and feels when I take that extra step each night. Thanks for the chance to win the GC!

I use Olay moisturizer, mineral makeup, sunscreen, Fake Bake tanning spray (instead of tanning bed) eat lots of fruits & veggies, drink lots of H20. It leaves a natural glow that I can add a little mascara & lip gloss (busy momma/wife life) & feel good about myself! Also, I love adding a cute belt to basically any shirt I wear (quick & easy throw together) & I actually can be happy with myself! My hubby & daughter are my great supporters to let me know I don't need any make up. They do tease me about my facial hair though-when we're out somewhere. Which gets pretty embarassing! My daughter just told me tonight, "Mommy you need to get rid of your mustache!" WOW! Too many bad experiences to do so!
